BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - KUWAIT
Business Development Manager based in Kuwait to manage the region.
- Formulate effective territory sales strategies to build a pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify sales opportunities through effective sales methodologies.
- Have the intelligence to qualify leads into opportunities
- Map and meet customer accounts to position the various technologies under the umbrella of Spectrami.
- Meet partners to address concerns, provide solutions, validate partner needs on an ongoing basis and maintain relationships within the partner ecosystem.
- Work closely with vendor companies to establish excellent business relationship.
- Participate in marketing events (e.g. trade shows), roadshows, Tech-café’s and seminars to cultivate customer, partner and vendor relationships
- Consistently achieve Sales targets in conjunction with the growth plans of the organisation.
- Pro-actively interfaces with reseller partners to aid and support the closure of revenue opportunities.
- Participate in online accreditations and attain sales certification in multiple products and technologies.
- Conduct Customer presentation and engage in business communication with the customer community.
- Work closely with the technical team to oversee successful demo’s, POC, and responses to RFP’s.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Develop and recruit in-territory partners by assisting with certification requirements and sales and product training.
- Must have excellent regional contacts and relationships with vendors/partners across the GCC.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong industry and customer relationships with key decision makers
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly targets as well as accurately forecasting account and volume activities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A minimum of 4 – 5 yrs of experience in Security Solution sales
